An Excel sheet with the following columns:

• Objective | Scope | Measurement Methods | Criteria for Acceptance | Team Members | Timeline
• Use rows to specify each measurement system and its details.

2. Attribute R&R
Excel format example:

• Columns: Part ID | Operator | Trial 1 | Trial 2 | Trial 3 | Reference Standard
• Analysis sheet with formulas for:
  • % Agreement (Within Operators and Across Operators)
  • Kappa Statistics

3. Variable R&R
Excel format example:

• Data Entry: Part ID | Operator | Measurement 1 | Measurement 2 | Measurement 3
• Analysis Tabs:
  • Repeatability & Reproducibility calculations (with %Tolerance and %Contribution).
  • Charts: X-Bar/R Chart, ANOVA Summary Table.
